Fantastic Beachfront Stay

The location was excellent. The hotel provided direct access to a private beach club (a great perk!). I received several extra services . These included a complimentary sauna, afternoon tea, soft drinks by the pool, and even an upgraded room with a fruit basket.
I experienced a delay in receiving my luggage after checking in. I had to follow up after an hour.

The buffet breakfast offered many choices (I really liked the fresh fruit). The afternoon tea featured a nice selection of snacks. I also noticed they offer foods for all tastes.

the location was acceptable it was close to restaurants
the room i stayed in was not clean i found hair in the bathroom and the floor was dusty also the noise from the street was audible even with the windows closed the breakfast area was too small there were not enough tables available during peak hours

mixed feelings about my stay
street noise limited drawer space
the breakfast buffet was acceptable with a reasonable variety of options.
I found the street noise intrusive near the pool and at the beach club. It made relaxation difficult. the beach club loungers were shabby. my "senior beautiful double room high tea" felt cramped. There wasn't enough space for my luggage, and drawer space was limited. (i travel with a lot of stuff).

fantastic stay near the beach
great location clean pool
The hotel is right across from the beach. Access is very easy! i loved the pool area. It was clean. i found the staff to be super friendly and helpful, especially chi, tauth uyn, and oscar. the location is a short walk to many restaurants and shops.
The online hotline and reception did not communicate well. This caused some frustration. it definitely detracted from the otherwise excellent service.

comfy bed clean linen ground floor pool excellent staff
i had three rooms booked and all was fine. the bed was comfy and the linen was clean white. the ground floor pool felt big. i must thank quyen, ny, and kiet among the staff because they worked hard.
the room i was in had partial sea view, and sadly the window was filthy. it was impossible for me to see the view from it.
